ERIC DANIEL C. DE TORRES, MPA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
De Torres is an Associate Professor at the University of the East Department of Political Science and a former Vice President for Academics of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. He is a consultant of the DILG's Center for Local and Constitutional Reform and was formerly a consultan in the Office of the Mayor, Marikina City.
JONATHAN E. MALAYA, MPSA
DIRECTOR
Malaya is a former Department of the Interior and Local Government Undersecretary and Spokesperson, DepEd Assistant Secretary, Office of the President Assistant Secretary, and Chief of Staff of the Office of the Solicitor General. He was a faculty member of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG). Currently, he is serving as Assistant Director General in the National Security Council (NSC).
ATTY. VICENTE HOMER B. REVIL
DIRECTOR AND CORPORATE TREASURER
A lawyer by profession, Revil is a former Governor, Vice Governor and Senior Provincial Board Member of the Province of Masbate. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School and his post-graduate Diploma in Management wiht Honors from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He passed the Bar in 2002. He is currently the Chairman of the Constitutional Reform (CORE) Movement which advocates for amendments to the constitution together with the DILG.
ATTY. PAUL S. VEGA, REE
DIRECTOR
Vega is currently the head of the Business License Office of the City of Manila. He was formerly the Chief of the Business Permits and Licensing Office of San Jose Del Monte City, Chief of the Pasay City Urban Development and Housing Office, and Chief of Staff of the Chairman of the Philippine Sports Commission. A lawyer by profession, he holds a Masters in Government Management from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and is a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
DR. FROILAN C. CALILUNG
DIRECTOR
Calilung is a tenured faculty member of the University of Santo Tomas Department of Political Science and holds a PhD in Public Administration from the same university. He taught at the University of the East and at the De La Salle University College of Saint Benilde. He is the author of some six (6) books on politics and government and has appeared in public affairs program of ABS-CBN, CNN, PTV, GMA etc. as a Political analyst and resource person on burning issues of the day.
